RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
To initiate a return, please contact support@originaloverland.com with your order number.

Because many of our products are produced specifically for each order, return eligibility may vary by item. Please review sizing details carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will replace the order at no cost.
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please notify us within 7 days so we can assist.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 1 hour of purchase, as production begins shortly after an order is placed.
