3. Orders & Fulfillment

Orders are processed and fulfilled on behalf of Original Overland after purchase.

3.1 Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, changes may not be possible once processing begins.

3.2 Shipping

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier volume, seasonal demand, or external factors. Delays do not automatically entitle an order to cancellation once processing has begun.

4. Returns, Replacements & Order Issues

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which outlines eligibility, timelines, and procedures.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost.

If a package is lost in transit, we will replace the order once confirmed by the carrier.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please notify us within 7 days so we can assist.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time.

Payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers. Original Overland does not store full payment details.
