Processing time is separate from shipping time.
During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend slightly.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed, it ships directly to you.
Estimated delivery times:

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order so we can attempt to correct it before processing begins.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will replace the order at no additional cost once the carrier confirms the loss.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
